My god x what can I say about this hotel 🏩 amazing amazing stay and what a lovely amazing staff there who are so kind and helpful and friendly 💯 💯 💯 💯 THIS IS THE BEST BEST BEST HOTEL DOULE TREE BY HILTON in york people don't miss this beautiful hotel get booking as you will have a fantastic time and special arrival with a nice hot cookie as well x just like to say (HAZEL) IS 💯 💯 THE BEST QUEEN 👑 OFF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE HOTEL so fabulous and friendly person I ever met ( don't get rid off our beautiful HAZEL THE QUEEN 👑 OFF CUSTOMER service I can't wait to return again to this fantastic hotel very soon I am missing this hotel already I will be booking again very soon 💯 xx KEEP UP WITH YOUR FANTASTIC AMAZING WORK

The hotel was great , convenient to the centre. Staff Amazing,my 2 dogs were well catered for . The ladies at breakfast were lovely, breakfast was good every thing you could want . Our dog friendly room Amazing, normally dog friendly rooms are basic and not nice ours was clean bright comfortable roomy ,it didn't seem like a dog friendly room it's what I would expect to have without the dogs . Two clean dog beds and 3 bowls in the room for them .bathroom was good very clean . I was a bit worried because of all the bad reviews. Our stay was 10/10 Thank you to all staff . definitely will return.

We loved the breakfast buffet, it was excellent and a lot of choices available. We loved the evening meals a lot! We got upgraded to a deluxe king size bedroom, this was very comfortable and spacious, it exceeded our expectations! Bedroom got cleaned every day, great to come back to a nice fresh duvet after a long day out! A great location with everything in the city centre being a couple minutes away so found it easy to navigate to places we wanted to go to. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay!

The room was extremely clean, well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our booking and was excellent. We were there for a concert in the Minster which was a gentle 10min walk away. As a Blue Badge holder, I hoped to find a disabled parking space. The gentleman on reception went above and beyond his job and checked all around the hotel for me, sadly without success. Service such as this was exceptional and much appreciated.

The location is excellent, easy walk to the centre. We were able to leave car in carpark before check in which was a bonus as we arrived early to have a look around York. Room and hotel were clean and had the usually kettle area. We ran out of coffee in our room and reception was very helpful and gave us more. I can't comment on the bar or breakfast area as I did not use it. This is our 2nd time here and we would come back a 3rd.
